Consultation — This service is ideal for individuals seeking to understand their legal rights, navigate complex issues, or draft essential documents without the commitment of full representation in court or during negotiations. These services typically include providing legal information, strategic advice, document drafting, and assistance with service, court filing, and coordination with third parties. Requires a retainer fee.
Limited scope — This service involves being an attorney of record for a limited scope, such as representing a client in a court hearing or for purposes of settlement negotiations. Requires a retainer fee.
Prepaid phone consultation — potential clients may also schedule one hour consultations on an as needed basis, which will not include ongoing services beyond the prepaid hour. $200 hourly consultation fee, no retainer fee required.
